Whitney Rogers, M.S., MBA

Whitney Rogers founded WTS Management to bring clarity, accountability, and balance to the construction process — where the realities of the field meet the expectations of ownership.


With more than a decade of experience leading complex builds across data centers, healthcare, hospitality, and multifamily, Whitney has developed a reputation as the glue between field teams, project executives, and developers. Her career spans roles with nationally recognized general contractors, where she managed high-profile projects exceeding $400 million, overseeing everything from self-perform concrete operations to cost control and schedule recovery.


Whitney combines her boots-on-the-ground expertise with an MBA and a Masters of Science in Construction Management, giving her a rare blend of operational rigor and business acumen. She’s known for her calm leadership style, sharp communication, and ability to turn field challenges into actionable solutions that protect budgets and timelines.


At her core, Whitney believes that successful projects aren’t built by documents or software—they’re built by people aligned around clear information and shared accountability. WTS Management exists to make that alignment possible on every job, every time.
